Her career is highlighted by her roles in managing and advising successful judicial campaigns and collaborating with notable figures. This wealth of experience inspired her to create PK Connections, born out of the need to lift ambitious entrepreneurs through business development.

As a Business Growth Strategist, Princella specializes in consulting with small to mid-size business owners, helping them navigate the intricacies of both public (government) and private sectors. Her professional journey includes over 22 years in banking, 16 years in National League Baseball, 5 years in finance, 10 years in public safety, and 21 years in working in Government Purchasing and Contracting, endowing her with a unique and comprehensive set of skills.
